About EMSA

EMSA Hyperbaric and Wellness center was founded by the proprietors of Brookfield Family Chiropractic, Dr. Bonnie and Michael Zschunke with the help of Rachel Van Scoy, LMT, HHC. Since opening Brookfield Family Chiropractic there was always a vision for an interdisciplinary office in our mission. After Dr. Bonnie’s struggles including Lyme and Multiple Sclerosis, it has become her personal mission to help others suffering from chronic illnesses. Along her journey in search of a health and wellness she came upon HBOT. EMSA was founded to bring together Chiropractic, HBOT, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage and Holistic Health Counseling.

About Rachel Van Scoy

Rachel Van Scoy is a CT Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She received her training for Massage Therapy at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, and received her MLD certificate through the Swedish Institute in New York City. She is certified by the National Certification Board of Massage Therapy and Bodywork and is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Being able to heal people through touch is a passion Rachel takes pride in.
